Beneath the Quiet
An acoustic underground exploration told through feeling rather than spectacle. Ney and santur remain the leading voices: breath and ringing strings moving from absorbed curiosity into vulnerable awe, quiet delight, longing and contained apprehension. A single kamancheh supplies emotional depth while tombak keeps the journey physical. Steady resolve gives way to earned relief and belonging. These original Persian-inspired instrumental arrangements use a focused traditional instrumental palette without claiming to reproduce a particular radif performance. The instruments stay close and recognizable; the sense of depth comes from space and restraint rather than a wash of cavern reverb.
